Styling My New Vans

I’ve lusted after a pair of Vans for a while now and I decided this Spring I was going to add a pair into my wardrobe as I’ve got a jam packed few months coming up during the Summer I wanted a pair of shoes that were comfortable, yet stylish.

I was slightly worried that I wouldn’t be cool enough to wear vans. Whenever I see people wearing Vans they always seem much more edgier than I.

These gorgeous khaki shade with the leopard print stripe running down the side fit so well with so many clothes that I already have. Not too plain as the black pair I did have my eye on buying. Leopard print is quite simply my favourite pattern and I have so many accessories that I can use while wearing these shoes. Like my Next belt that I bought a few weeks ago.

I’ve matched them with my new leopard print bag that I picked up in Sainsbury’s by TU last week for a bargain of £16! I’d been looking for a bag just like this so some time and had thought about indulging in a similar bag I’d saw on ASOS by Whistles for £160. But when my eye caught sight of this beauty for quite simply a fraction of the price I grabbed it. It is such good quality and exactly what I wanted.

I think I’ll have to wear the Vans around the house to start with as they seemed pretty tough on the back of my heels but I’ve been assured by nuomours people that the more you wear them the more comfortable they get and then they end up fitting like slippers.

During the Summer months when I’m off on my holidays I’m planning on wearing my Vans with shorts I 100% don’t think I am cool enough to wear them with skirts, just yet.
