Drinking More Water With Highland Springs

While I was away skiing my daily water intake plummeted. Which is not like me at all, but while you were up the mountain it was easier to get hold of wine than it was water. 

Now I'm home I'm going to make a real effort to drink water and get stuck back into my fitness routine. 

Usually when I go out for lunch I will always ask for water however I'm also going to carry a bottle of water with me when I head out especially drinking before running or heading to the gym. 

According to google the average lady (which apparently I am) should drink up to 2 litres of water a day and I can tell you I am not doing that at the moment. 

Considering our bodies are made up roughly of around 60% water I really need to up my in take.

So here goes one month of upping my water in take. I'll let you know how I get on.
