Now I'm home I'm going to make a real effort to drink water and get stuck back into my fitness routine.
Usually when I go out for lunch I will always ask for water however I'm also going to carry a bottle of water with me when I head out especially drinking before running or heading to the gym.
According to google the average lady (which apparently I am) should drink up to 2 litres of water a day and I can tell you I am not doing that at the moment.
Considering our bodies are made up roughly of around 60% water I really need to up my in take.
