My Week In Training #18 - Great North Run

Well this week has been a bit of a write off training wise. I'm on holiday in Spain at the moment and as my legs haven't been at 100% full health so I need to give them a rest. 

Monday 4/7 

Rest day. 

Tuesday 5/7

Rest day. 

Wednesday 6/7 

Rest day. 

Thursday 7/7 

2 mile run along the beach. It was cloudy but very humid. I then walked 3.8 miles walking trying to find my parents along the beach front. 

Friday 8/7 

Rest day - unless you count jumping in and out the swimming pool constantly? That was quite tiring. 

Saturday 9/7 

Rest day - again I was jumping in and out the pool for a good hour. 

Sunday 10/7 

Rest day. 

The good news is at the end of the week my legs feel loads better and I can't wait to get home and start pounding the pavement but I still have 2 days left in Spain to enjoy.
