That is the only quote I can think of that sums up last night.
So staying in went out the window and a night out in Newcastle was on the cards.
We started out (and stayed 90% the night) in Tiger Hornsby on the Newcastle quayside.
Before we made our way to Vujon. Which I've already blogged about. So much to R's delight my camera stayed safely in my bag.
Then we headed back to Tiger Hornsby for a 'night cap'.
Tiger Hornsby is fast becoming my favourite bar in Newcastle. The chairs aren't sticky you don't have to wait hours to get served and the staff are really friendly.
I'm slowly getting over my champagne hangover...which always seem to be worse than Vodka ones. I can't promise to try harder to stay in as well let's face it, I have the will power of a cockroach.
Hope you have a lovely weekend. What have you been up too?
Newcastle Night

ReplyDeleteYou'll have a wonderful time at the Malmaison it's not that far away (although I did get a taxi from the mal to Tiger Hornsby a few weeks ago)
