Me Time

Do you ever feel like you're in a crowd and everyone is walking in one direction and you're trying to walk the opposite way. No matter how hard you fight you just can't get very far very quickly? The harder you fight to move people just keep charging towards you. 

Well that is exactly my life right now. So before I have a mental breakdown (I'm serious) or buy a around the world plane ticket (another thing I'm seriously considering) I'm trying to have a little bit of me time, aside from running time where I can just chill out and try and get my head around life. 

After I've showered and done my nightly skincare routine. I'm thinking about writing what I use if anyone would be interested? 

I make a peppermint tea and light a candle. Jo Malone Nectarine blossom & honey is the perfect relaxing sweet scent in the air. 



Spray my pillow and bedding with Botanics lavender spray. £11 cheaper than the This Works pillow spray and works just as affective. 

My book of choice at the moment is Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire so I reach for that, I don't read very quick being dyslexic and all. I read around half an hour chapter in about half an which is perfect timing. For chilling out. 



Since purchasing my Roberts radio a few weeks ago I have rekindled my love for the wireless. I hate sitting in silence even when I'm reading.
