Back to Tango Durham

There's a new outfit and a new menu in town.

Thursday saw the girls get together for a good catch up.

We met in Durham and made our way to Tango. Top tip if you're heading down is book up. It was so busy!

Thursday was a pretty cold night in Durham. Still got my summer dresses eager to make their way out of the wardrobe.

But it was nice and warm when we got inside Tango. I know I was here not so long ago. Which you can read here. But they've switched up the menu a bit since then.

We got my favourite table (which I'm sure is table 1). I really like the light fixture above the table.

On Tango's new menu it's mainly burgers. And boy oh boy are they good.
There are 4 steps to ordering your burger.
First pick your toppings,
Secondly pick your meat, chicken, beef or falafel,
Thirdly pick your bun, brioche, Arabic wrap or naked (no bun or wrap),
Fourthly pick boost your fries, all burgers come with skinny fries but for an added supplement you can switch them for sweet potato fries, curly fries or a mix of all the above.
The chicken Tango burger for Emily with Tango BBQ sauce on the brioche bun.

V ordered the BILF beef burger that had goats cheese, the fries as they come on a brioche bun.

S got the Chilli, jalapeno with bacon beef burger (that we can't remember the name of) with all of the above fries on a brioche bun.

For me I got the White van man beef burger. Basically a cheese burger with bacon on, brioche bun and fries as they come.

With a side of onion rings.
The burger's were so good! Extremely tasty with absolutely no grisly bits that often put me off ordering a burger.
I was desperate for pudding but so full I couldn't manage one. But V got the chocolate waffles.
S gave me complete food envy with the warm chocolate brownie. I got a taste and now have complete food regret that I didn't get one.

Which only means I'll have to go back to Tango to get rid of my regret.
It was great catching up with the girls. We could have chatted all night but as it was a school night we couldn't. Maybe next time we'll go out dancing? Hopefully.
Hope you've had a good weekend. I've had the most relaxing one ever. But you'll hear more about that later on in the week. Don't forget to like my Facebook page so you keep up to date.
