Remember a few weeks ago I mentioned I had a slight addiction to this?
Well I'm finally going to tell you how to make it.
You will need:
Greek yoghurt (I like mine with added honey)
This recipe is so simple I made it up myself.
Chop up your bananas and throw into a blender.
I'm using a Ninja.
Take 2 table spoons of Greek yoghurt and put them in there too.
I usual just splash as much almond milk as I want. But for just for you I measured 300 ml and pour that on in the blender too.
2 table spoons of Peanut butter needs to go in too.
Then whiz around until everything is whizzed together.
Simple, easy but darn tasty.
Then I pop it in a plastic container stick it in the fridge to take to work with me in the morning.
TOP TIP. If you are making your smoothie to drink straight away pop a few ice cubes in before you whiz everything up. It'll be icy cold for immediate drinking.
