Bed Time Heroes

I love my bed but I haven't always loved sleep.

But I do have my bed time routine down to a capital T. These 6 steps help me drift off to the land of nod.

Elizabeth Arden - 8 Hour Cream. This really needs no interdiction. I apply it to my lips and on my elbows. Also occasionally on my cuticles as well. Let it soak in over night and let it work it's magic.

This Works - Deep Sleep Pillow Spray. My secret to a good night sleep. This stuff really works and does exactly what it says on the tin. My full review is over here.

Kehil's - Midnight Recovery. Getting me through these cold wintery nights. Smells like lavender (bonus) it also leaves my skin nice bright the following morning.

Elemis - Pro-Radiance Hand and Nail Cream. I have to wear a splint on my hand during the night and it can dry my left hand out. So a nice little bit of moisture to help keep my hands super soft.

This Works - Deep Sleep Stress Less. My two favourite smells combined. Lavender and peppermint. *YUM* When I've had practically stressful day or I just feel a bit meh I use this on my temples and on my wrists. Helps me get in the sleep zone.

Soap and Glory - Heel Genius. I hate putting foot cream on and then walking around. The feeling is truly awful. So applying it is perfect just before you get into bed. But make sure you haven't forgotten anything.

Sweet Dreams.
